Getting a flu vaccine every year is the best way to protect yourself and your family from flu and its potentially serious complications.
What is new this flu season?
- Flu vaccines have been updated to better match circulating flu viruses
- Any licensed, age-appropriate flu vaccines are recommended
Under Medicare Part B, flu shots are covered once each flu season in the fall and winter, with additional flu shots if medically necessary. There is no coinsurance, copayment, or deductible for the influenza (flu) vaccine. Please contact Banner – University Care Advantage (BUCA) for more information.
